Our Shipping Policy 

All orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days, times may differ depending on your location. However, during launches, promotions, and public holidays, this may extend. We ONLY use Sendle for all domestic and international orders. Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. Sendle will email customers with their trackable service. This postage service offers speed, security and visibility with an estimated 4-10 day delivery time frame subject to any unforeseen delays once your order has been dispatched. 

Our system will automatically send you an email containing relevant tracking codes, once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor the status of your parcel delivery. 

We also do not provide specific delivery dates due to external factors with freight or courier companies and may affect the transit process of your parcel once it has left our premises, which is out of our control.

All our products are dispatched from St Peters, New South Wales, Australia.
